Friends of Gyoza Flights — Affiliate Program Terms

Join the Gyoza Affiliate Program and earn a 30% commission on each new user who subscribes to the Gyoza Annual Plan.
Gyoza helps travellers discover and book premium reward flights across Qantas, Velocity, Emirates, Cathay Pacific, Singapore Airlines, and more — all in one place.
💰 Commission Structure
- Affiliates earn a 30% commission on the first annual subscription payment made by each new user they refer.
- Commissions apply once per new customer. Renewals and subsequent payments are not commissionable.
- We use last-touch attribution — the most recent affiliate link clicked before purchase receives credit.
🧾 Eligibility & Tracking
- Referred users must be entirely new to Gyoza — no prior subscriptions or trials.
- Each new user can redeem one referral offer only.
- Referrals must sign up via your unique affiliate link (or your assigned coupon code — see below) for you to receive credit.
- Referrals must complete their purchase within 30 days of clicking your affiliate link.

Want a discount code to share with your audience on socials? Contact us and we'll set up a unique Stripe coupon code linked to your affiliate account.
⏱️ Payment Timing
- Commissions remain pending for 45 days to allow for refunds, chargebacks, or failed payments.
- Within 30 days after the end of each month, we calculate your approved commissions and pay out everything that has cleared the 45-day period.
- Minimum payout threshold: $25 AUD.
🚫 Paid Advertising & Brand Bidding
To keep our marketing channels working together (not against each other), affiliates must follow these rules for paid advertising:
- No brand bidding. Affiliates may not bid on, or target, Gyoza brand terms as keywords in paid search or paid social campaigns (including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok, and similar platforms). This includes:
- Our brand and product names — e.g. "Gyoza", "Gyoza Flights", "Gyoza Reward Flights"
- Misspellings and close variants — e.g. "gyosa flights", "goyza"
- Brand + modifier terms — e.g. "Gyoza discount", "Gyoza coupon", "Gyoza promo code", "Gyoza review", "Gyoza login", "Gyoza alternative"
- Negative keywords required. Affiliates running paid search campaigns must add the brand terms above as negative keywords.
- No trademarks in ad copy. Affiliates may not use our brand names or logos in ad headlines, descriptions, or display URLs without prior written approval.
- No direct linking. Paid traffic may not be sent directly to Gyoza websites via affiliate links — ads must land on the affiliate's own content first, unless approved in writing.
- No impersonation. Ads and landing pages must not suggest the affiliate is Gyoza, an official Gyoza site, or an authorised representative.
- Exceptions by approval only. Established partners may be approved for specific paid campaigns. Contact us first — approvals are valid only in writing and may specify keywords, match types, ad copy, and landing pages.
- Consequences. Commissions generated from traffic that breaches this section are forfeited and may be reversed, including from pending or future payouts. Repeated or deliberate breaches may result in suspension or termination from the program.
🔍 Fraud & Abuse
Gyoza reserves the right to audit, withhold, or reverse commissions that appear to result from:
- Fraudulent transactions, self-referrals, coupon abuse, or spam traffic.
- Any chargeback, refund, or payment dispute.
- Breaches of the Paid Advertising & Brand Bidding rules above.
Where such activity occurs, Gyoza may remove pending commissions or offset them against future payouts.
⚖️ Data, Tracking & Disputes
In any dispute about referral tracking or commission calculation, Gyoza's (or its third-party provider's) tracking data and reports will be deemed conclusive. We cannot credit commissions where a referral did not use your affiliate link or coupon code.
📜 Program Changes
The Gyoza Affiliate Program is an ongoing promotional offer operated by Gyoza. We may update, amend, or terminate the program or these terms at any time and for any reason. Changes apply prospectively from the date of publication on the affiliate portal.
